“Then a relatively insignificant implement (wa choter) will be extended (yatsa’) by means of (min) the stock (geza’) of Yshay | to Stand Out and Be Noticed (Yshay), as an observant branch (wa netser) by means of (min) his roots (sheresh huw’), such that he will bear an abundance of fruit, being productive while encouraging productivity in others (parah).
This is because (wa) the Spirit (ruwach) of Yahowah (YaHoWaH) will settle and remain on him (nuwach ‘al huw’), the Spirit (ruwach) providing the capacity to comprehend and teach (chakmah), enabling understanding by making the connections to reveal profound insights (wa binah), along with the Spirit (ruwach) of advice and counsel (‘etsah), of being emboldened and inspiring (wa gebuwrah), and the Spirit (ruwach) of knowing and knowledge (da’ath) with respect to (wa yira’ah) Yahowah (YaHoWaH).
Additionally (wa), by responding appropriately, he will become perceptive (ryach huw’), developing a profound admiration for (ba yira’ah) Yahowah (YaHoWaH). Therefore (wa), it will not be by an appearance or a vision (lo’ la mare’ah) seen with his eyes (‘ayn huw’) that he will decide (shaphat), nor (wa) will it be by hearsay (lo’ la mishma’) heard with his ears (‘ozen huw) that he will make judgments and prove his arguments (yakach).
He will exercise good judgment (wa shaphat) by (ba) seeking to be accurate and forthright (tsedeq) with regard to opening the doorway for those who are discerning (dal).

“‘I established (karat) the Covenant (Beryth) through My Chosen One (la bachyr ‘any). I swore an oath, and I will affirm this promise seven times over (shaba’) to Dowd (la Dowd), My Coworker (‘ebed ‘any). In addition (‘aph), My Protective Shepherd and Sacrificial Lamb (zarowa’ ‘any) will empower and embolden you, enabling your growth (‘amets ‘atah). (89:21) He will call out to Me, (huw’ qara’ ‘any), “You are my Father (‘ab ‘any ‘atah)!” (89:26) I (‘any), also (‘aph), will bestow him as a gift, appointing him (nathan huw’) My Firstborn (bakowr ‘any), as Almighty God (‘elyown) in comparison to the rulers (la melekym) of the Earth (‘erets). My unwavering love and unmitigated favoritism (chesed ‘any), I will not remove from him (lo’ parar min ‘im huw’). I will never betray who I am by undermining (wa lo’ shaqar) My steadfast commitment to uphold the truth (ba ‘emuwnah ‘any). (89:33) I will not betray or alter (lo’ chalal) My Covenant (beryth ‘any), nor will I modify (wa lo’ shanah) that which has gone forth from (mowtsa’) My lips (saphah ‘any). (89:34) There is Only One (‘echad) to whom I have affirmed My commitment (shaba’) by My Set-Apart nature (ba qodesh ‘any). If not regarding (‘im la) Dowd (Dowd), I am shown to be a liar (kazab). Dowd • Beloved
“A Song of Dowd (mizmowr la Dowd). Yahowah (Yahowah) is my Shepherd (ra’ah ‘any). I will not be deprived (lo’ chaser). He enables me to relax and continually stretch out (rabats ‘any) within an expansive (ba deshe’) and beautiful dwelling, a garden encampment surrounded by natural beauty (nawah). He continually leads me, guiding and directing me, often escorting me (nahal ‘any), beside (‘al) spiritually restorative (manuwchah) waters (maym).
He restores and returns (shuwb) my soul (nepesh ‘any). He chooses to guide me, directing my path (nachah ‘any) in the correct way, even through the ruts, so that our path returns to where life began (ba ma’gal tsadaq) for His name’s sake (la ma’an shem huw’).
Even though (gam ky) I walk (halak) through the valley (ba gay’) of foreboding darkness and deep shadows in lesser dimensions (tsalmaweth), I will not dread (lo’ yare’) evil (ra’). For indeed, You (ky ‘atah) are with me (‘imad ‘any). Your scepter and Your people (shebet ‘atah), Your staff and applicable stem (wa mish’enach ‘atah), they comfort me while changing minds regarding me (hem nacham ‘any).
You have prepared and arranged, putting in place (‘arak), a table (shulchan) before me (la paneh ‘any), conspicuously beyond the presence (neged) of my adversaries who would narrow my scope and silence me (tsarar ‘any). You have anointed (dashen) my head (ro’sh ‘any) with oil (ba ha shemen). My cup (kwos ‘any) overflows with abundance (rawayah).
Surely (‘ak), goodness and generosity (towb), unfailing love and enduring kindness (wa chesed) will pursue me (radaph ‘any) all the days (kol yowmym) of my lives (chayy ‘any). And I will literally return at a moment in time, being brought back to restore (wa shuwb) the family within the home (ba beyth) of Yahowah (ba Yahowah) forevermore (la ‘orek yowmym).” (Mizmowr / Song / Psalm 23:1-6)
